The pricing gives Tottenham a clear home edge. Roberto De Zerbi’s side are unbeaten in three and dominated the ball at Chelsea, holding 68.5% of the possession in a 2–0 win. Palace out-shot Newcastle last week and still lost.
Palace’s problem is the defending. They have conceded 11 goals in their last five league games, including three at Brighton before the 10th minute. Tottenham have held most of the ball in four of their last five, so an early mistake could shape the afternoon.
Control has not always become goals. Tottenham drew 0–0 with Everton despite 14 shots and needed a 90th-minute goal to draw at Manchester United. At Chelsea, the first goal arrived on 77 minutes, an own goal from a corner.
That leaves Palace a narrow route. Adam Wharton and Daichi Kamada can feed Yéremy Pino and Dwight McNeil, with Jean-Philippe Mateta as the focal point. That front line is their most direct way to test Tottenham’s back four.
Tottenham are favored because they control games and Palace have struggled to stop goals. Tottenham have out-shot their opponent in four of five recent league matches and won only two of them. The draw is a live result.

Tottenham Hotspur vs Crystal Palace win probabilities
- Tottenham Hotspur win — 63%
- Draw — 21%
- Crystal Palace win — 17%
Tottenham’s price rests on form, a settled shape and the home fixture.
The draw is priced four points above a Palace win. That fits a visitor that drew 0–0 at Leeds and has lost three of its last five. Palace look more likely to scrap for a point than to take all three.
Tottenham Hotspur team news
De Zerbi has a settled back line. Antonín Kinský, Archie Gray, Jan Paul van Hecke, Micky van de Ven and Andy Robertson all started at Chelsea, with Sandro Tonali and Mateus Fernandes protecting them.
The main question is James Maddison. He went off early in the second half at Chelsea with a suspected groin problem and Conor Gallagher replaced him. If Maddison misses out, Gallagher is the natural option behind Omar Marmoush, with Mohammed Kudus and Mathys Tel on the wings.
Pedro Porro is back from injury after coming off the bench at Chelsea, giving De Zerbi another right-back option. Destiny Udogie is still working back from a knee problem, and De Zerbi has only said he may be available.

Crystal Palace team news
Pierre Sage has used a 3-4-2-1, with Walter Benítez in goal, Jaydee Canvot, Axel Disasi and Chris Richards at the back, and Anan Khalaili and Tyrick Mitchell as wing-backs. Wharton and Kamada sit in midfield.
Takehiro Tomiyasu is out until the next international break and Quinten Timber is ruled out. Captain Dean Henderson returned to training last week, so Benítez keeping the gloves is the one selection call that could change the back line’s balance.
Mateta has returned to the starting lineup, which gives Palace a clearer focal point than the reshuffles of recent weeks. Eddie Nketiah came off the bench against Newcastle.

Tottenham Hotspur vs Crystal Palace key matchup factors
Can Tottenham score before frustration builds?
Tottenham rarely lack the ball. Their goals have come late against organized opponents, so a quick start would take away Palace’s best hope of staying level.
Marmoush leads the line, with Tel and Kudus giving width. If Tottenham score first, Palace’s attacking shape has to open up.
Can Palace survive the opening phase?
Palace went in goalless at halftime against Newcastle and then conceded twice early in the second half.
Tottenham can attack through Gray and Robertson as fullbacks, with Maddison or Gallagher finding space between Palace’s midfield and back three.
Does Tottenham’s midfield pairing change the game?
Tonali and Fernandes give Tottenham two midfielders who can recycle possession and cover the backline. That leaves Pino and McNeil less space between the lines.
If Tonali and Fernandes keep the game compact, Palace will need to create from set pieces and wing-back crosses.
Can Palace’s front line make the most of its chances?
Palace created 17 shots against Newcastle but put only four on target. Against Tottenham, Mateta, Pino and McNeil may not get as many clear looks.
The best version of Palace is the one that beat Nottingham Forest, with Kamada, Jefferson Lerma and Pino all scoring.
Tottenham Hotspur vs Crystal Palace head-to-head
Crystal Palace have won their last two league visits to Tottenham. They won 2–0 in May 2025 and 3–1 in March, when Micky van de Ven was sent off in the first half.
Tottenham won the most recent meeting at Palace, 1–0 in December.
What could move the Tottenham Hotspur vs Crystal Palace prediction before kickoff?
A late Maddison absence would put Gallagher in the XI and remove Tottenham’s most direct creator behind Marmoush.
A return for Udogie or Tosin Adarabioyo would add depth at the back, while a fit Henderson would change Palace’s goalkeeper.
