Our Commitment to Compliance
OG is powered by NADEX, a CFTC‑registered Designated Contract Market and Derivatives Clearing Organization. OG allows users to access and trade CFTC-regulated events contracts on NADEX.
NADEX uses automated systems and maintains compliance staff to monitor trading activity for signs of market manipulation, insider trading, or other prohibited behavior. Suspicious activity may be reviewed, investigated, and addressed to help maintain fair and orderly markets.

"Takes", "Pros play", "Call your shots" are all phrases unique to OG wherein a Customer exercises discretion to trade CFTC-regulated event contracts. "Parlay" is a term unique to OG wherein a Customer requests a trade composed of a combination of specified events. OG uses various terms, including, but not limited to: Odds; Action; Chance; No Limits; Win; Multiplier; Sharp; Cover; Favorite; Prop Trading; Player Prop; Hit; Hit a Winning Trade; Moneyline; Play; Edge, that have meanings related to the trading of Prediction event contracts.
