(the Exchange) is registered with the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) as a Designated Contract Market (DCM) and Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO) and operates two brands for its CFTC-regulated business, OG.com Markets and Crypto.com | Derivatives North America (CDNA). The Exchange is part of the OG.com experience. In addition, OG.com Markets is an affiliate of Foris DAX FCM LLC (d/b/a OG Broker or OG.com Broker), which is a CFTC-registered Futures Commission Merchant (FCM).

OG.com Markets allows trading directly or through intermediaries, including DraftKings Predictions, Fanatics Markets, FanDuel Predicts, OG.com Broker, Robinhood Derivatives, LLC, Wedbush Futures.
