Will Pro Baseball and the US Pro Baseball Players Association Reach a New CBA Before December 2, 2026?

This market resolves to "Yes" if Pro Baseball League and the body governing the US Pro Baseball Players Association reach a new Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) before December 2, 2026. Otherwise, this market resolves to "No". For the purposes of this market, a public announcement of a reached agreement or agreement in principle is sufficient for resolution. Formal execution or ratification is not required if such an announcement occurs before December 2, 2026. Likewise, if a formal execution of the agreement or a formal ratification by the body governing the US Pro Baseball Players Association’s membership occurs before December 2, 2026, the market will resolve Yes regardless of whether a public announcement was made before, at the same time as, or after such execution or ratification. Subsequent modifications, amendments, implementation details, or delays do not affect the resolution once a qualifying agreement, execution, or ratification has occurred. Settlement is based on the official result as reported by a consensus of sources.
