This market will resolve to the outcome that represents the party control combination of the United States House of Representatives and United States Senate following the 2026 midterm elections. Resolution will occur based on official certification or when a consensus of major news organizations projects the winning party control combination for both chambers. The official resolution sources are the agencies listed in Rule 14.66 (c) in the CDNA Rulebook, which can be found at https://www.nadex.com/rules. The notice of submission pursuant to CFTC regulation 40.2(a) for Rule 14.66 can be found here https://www.cftc.gov/filings/ptc/ptc11052532010.pdf. You receive a US$1 return per contract if your prediction is correct, and nothing ($0) if it is not. Liquidity may be low after the election results start coming in.
