Clearing Membership

OG invites interested parties to apply for clearing membership. All entities who wish to clear trades for customers must be registered as a futures commission merchant (FCM) with the CFTC. Prospective clearing member firms need to apply for exchange membership.

  • Capital Adequacy
  • Creditworthiness
  • Risk Management
  • Operations
  • Regulatory/Legal Compliance
  • Overall Organizational Conformance

All members are subject to review and approval by compliance, finance, legal, technology, cybersecurity, and risk management.
