How do I access my bonuses?  (FAQ)

• Go to the trade drawer on the Event details page.
• The trade drawer shows the rewards you’ve earned that are available to apply to your next trade.

• Participation in the New User Bonus — Trade $20, Get $20 (“Campaign”) is strictly optional. 
• In addition to the Campaign Specific Rules above, participants should consult the Official Rules of OG Limited Offer (“General Terms and Conditions”), which apply to this Campaign. The Campaign-Specific Rules form an inseparable and integral part of the General Terms and Conditions and must be read together. 
• Eligibility is limited to participants who have never made an event trade on OG and who complete their first such trade during the Campaign Period.
• Participants are subject to the OG Terms & Conditions and Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.
• By joining the Campaign, users acknowledge having read the OG Global Marketing Privacy Notice, which is published at https://og.com/privacy/usa and understand that we may use your personal information for the purposes of assessing your eligibility to participate in the Campaign, identity verification and prize redemption.
• Campaign eligibility is restricted to trades placed with cash funds. Trades utilizing Bonuses or Profit Boosts do not contribute toward volume requirements.

    • Bonus can be used only in whole. You can choose the bonus to apply when you’re placing your order.
    • You can only apply one bonus per open order
    • Bonus can offset both the trade amount and related fees
    • If the trade and fee value is below the bonus value, the excess is forfeited
    • Bonus may not be fully utilized when a trade is partially filled, but will be considered as "used"
    • Each bonus expires after 7 days from disbursement
    • Expiry will be set at 23:59 EST on the expiry date
• OG reserves the right to cancel the Campaign or amend the Campaign mechanics or rules at any time at our sole discretion.
• In the event of any dispute, OG reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding the Campaign.
• Any trades that are executed through abusive trading practices in OG’s absolute opinion, including but not limited to wash trades, false trading, self-dealing, or trades that display any attributes of market manipulation (‘disqualified trades’), will not be counted towards the participant’s transaction volume.
• OG will disqualify any entry from participants who do not meet the eligibility requirements, as determined in accordance with the Limited Offer Official Rules.
